Steinberg North America Restructures Pricing for Cubase 4 (25/7/2008)

New price point for Steinberg's flagship product

Steinberg North America has announced a repositioning of the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) price for Cubase 4 and Cubase 4 Educational Edition versions in the US. Effective July 1st, 2008 Cubase 4 will carry a MAP price of $599.99 (MSRP: $780.99) and Cubase 4 Educational Edition will carry a MAP price of $299.99 (MSRP: $390.99).

Steinberg has also announced a special rebate for customers who have purchased full retail versions of Cubase 4 between January 1 and June 30, 2008. Details and application for this special rebate are available for US customers at
